Westlife

This Mural is of the famous Irish band Westlife. The band originally had five members, but one of them, Bryan McFadden, decided to leave in 2004. Out of the four members remaining, Mark Feehily, Shane Filan, and Kian Egan are all from Sligo and went to Summerhill College.

Westlife formed in 1998 and disbanded in 2012. However, they reunited in 2018, and subsequently released a new album, along with another 2021.

The group has 11 number-one albums and 16 number-one singles. Having sold over 55 million records they are also the owners of four Guiness World Records and have also received numerous awards. They originally rose to fame after the release of their self-titled album Westlife.
